Welcome to Silver Suggestions, a series created by a silver ranked League of Legends player, for silver or similar ranked players. I’ve been playing League almost since the day it was released and I’ve been ranked in the silver tier since season two. In those many years, I’ve picked up a few tricks and I want to make sure all my fellow summoners out there that are trying to climb are at least aware of them. I will never claim to be the best, I will never try to become a pro player, and I will never tell you my tips will get you to Challenger. I am simply a silver tier player sharing my experiences and what has worked for me. At least it keeps me at a Silver rank.

What is a helper application?

Some of the most popular helper applications include Blitz.gg, FaceCheck, and Mobalytics. These are 3rd party applications that can run on your computer or secondary device to provide you with extra information about League and even your current match.
