I recently made a pilgrimage to the Mecca of all tech enthusiasts — Micro Center. Why? To piece together a brand-new, high-performance PC capable of both gaming and content creation. If you’ve ever set foot in a Micro Center, you know that it’s virtually impossible to leave without wanting to buy every shiny, new component in sight. But on this occasion, I was on a mission.

Before diving into the build, I have some thrilling news: I’ve partnered with Nvidia! They’re sending me their latest RTX 4060Ti, but it hadn’t arrived yet at the time of my Micro Center trip. Building Inside the HYTE Y40 Case

I chose the HYTE Y40 case for this build, a case I’ve been eager to work with since its launch. One of the standout features? The absence of thumb screws, making the build process incredibly smooth. To power the machine, I went with the PowerSpec 750 BSM semi-modular PSU. After installing the motherboard and all the other components, we attached the Deepcool LT720 360mm CPU Cooler and added a couple of extra Deepcool fans for optimized airflow.

This card is a masterpiece when it comes to compact design and heat dissipation, thanks to its dual fans. It maximizes airflow, ensuring the card runs cool even during intense gaming sessions.

Performance Benchmarks

I’m not big into benchmarking, but a few tests were mandatory. In the Cyberpunk benchmark, the system churned out almost 60 FPS at ultra-high settings. Even under this extreme load, the GPU temperature did not exceed 70 degrees.
